We prioritize ensuring that you receive your items in the best and original condition.
Please allow one to two business days for your order to be processed for shipment.
House of Nanz strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Shipping typically takes between two to fourteen business days from the date of payment confirmation. For international shipments, delivery times may be longer.
In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, House of Nanz will contact you via email or telephone.
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping within Belgium is complimentary for all items.
Shipping within the European Union and to the following countries — Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vatican City — is free for orders over 180,000 Euros. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of 15 Euros will apply.
Shipping to France is free for orders over 150,000 Euros; otherwise, a standard shipping fee of 10 Euros applies.
Shipping to the Netherlands is free for orders over 150,000 Euros; otherwise, a standard shipping fee of 10 Euros applies.
Shipping to the United Kingdom and Ireland is free for orders over 180,000 Pounds. For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of 20 Pounds applies.
Shipping to Canada is free for orders over 280 CAD. Otherwise, a standard shipping fee of 78 CAD applies.

Orders are shipped from Belgium. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.
Should you require any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@houseofnanz.com. Kindly note that we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. House of Nanz is not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Regarding damages, House of Nanz is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the carrier specified in the shipment confirmation to file a claim. It is important to retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods when filing a claim.
